Individual/Family Therapy

Creative Expressive Therapies

A branch of psychotherapy that works with families and couples in intimate relationships to nurture change and development. It tends to view change in terms of the systems of interaction between family members. It emphasizes family relationships as an important factor in psychological health.

The use of creative arts as a form of therapy. Unlike traditional art expression, the process of creation is emphasized rather than the final product. Expressive therapy is predicated on the assumption that people can heal through the use of imagination and the various forms of creative expression.

Evidence-based psychotherapy that aims at addressing the needs of children and adolescents (ages 3 to 18) with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other difficulties related to traumatic life events. The goal of TF-CBT is to provide psychoeducation to both the child and the caregivers and help them to identify and cope with emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.

Marriage counseling also called couples therapy, is a type of psychotherapy that helps couples of all types recognize and resolve conflicts and improve their relationships.
